Frequently asked questions
How do I start using Flipper?
Create an account, search for an album, and add it to a stack. You can then use Play to choose something from your collection.
Why can’t I sign in or reset my password?
Check that you are using the email address connected to your account, then request a fresh password-reset link. If the problem continues, email us with the address you used and a short description of the error.
What is the difference between a review and a note?
Reviews may appear as part of your public activity. Notes are private to your account and are meant for personal listening details, reminders, or context.
How do streaming links work?
Choose your preferred services in your profile. When available, Flipper opens the selected album in the relevant streaming service; availability varies by album and service.
Can I make a stack private?
Yes. Set a stack’s visibility to private when creating or editing it. Public stacks and profile information can be visible to other Flipper visitors.
How can I report a bug or request a feature?
Use the feedback controls in the app when available, or email support with the page you were on and the steps that led to the issue.
How do I export my data or delete my account?
Open Settings, choose Account, then use Download your data or Delete account. Account deletion is permanent and requires your current password.
Safety and public content
To report harassment, spam, impersonation, illegal content, or another urgent community-safety concern, email support@flipper.fm. Include the profile, stack, or review URL and a short explanation. Do not include your password. Read the Community Guidelines for the standards we apply.
Privacy and account help
The Privacy Policy explains what Flipper processes and how account deletion works. For access, correction, export, deletion, or sign-in help, email support from the address connected to your account when possible. Never send us your password.
