Shapes moody ambient soundscapes around expressive guitar, patient keyboards, ethereal vocals, and understated rhythms. Balances repetitive majesty with balladry, though its opening misfires.

Renascent is a beautiful, moody gem that may not reach the level of Durutti Column’s more iconic releases.
