Ready for the Grave delivers spacious, catchy classic doom shaped by NWOBHM harmonies, heavy riffs, lively rhythm changes, warm production, and resonant sentimental vocals. Its dark guitar work and atmospheric touches stand out, though occasional strained singing, repetitive passages, abrupt endings, and a post-opening dip temper an otherwise confident performance.
