Nine

Nine builds instrumental metal around punishing riffs, sludgy grooves, and tightly responsive interplay, with spare production sharpening its attack. Synthesizers and a brief classical-guitar interlude punctuate patient arrangements whose fluid, surprising transitions sustain tension toward a crushing finale.
