Builds abrasive metal from drones, organs, synth bass, and stalking drums. Balances maximalist noise with disciplined momentum, though provocative rhetoric sometimes clouds its impact.

Critic reviews

  • Pitchfork: 6.8/10by Sadie Sartini Garner

The album’s experimental bent is also what keeps the music from slipping into parody or, even worse, po-faced sincerity.
