Pounds through massive stoner-sludge riffs, seismic bass, patient grooves, and raw, lucid production. Balances harsh vocals with clean accents and bluesy solos, despite overlong detours.

Firebreather’s fanatical worship of the riff, strong songwriting and flow, and soulful DNA make Blood an impressive entry a decade into the band’s career.
