Balances djent heft, progressive complexity, post-metal atmosphere, polyrhythms, grooves, and melodic guitar interplay. Layers cleans, growls, chants, and harmonies, though compressed production can feel claustrophobic.

There are no real weak points here and Hippotraktor strikes a near-perfect balance between djent, progressive, and post-metal that I simply adore.
